The following are the terms and conditions applicable to your Therefore I'm Gift Card. By purchasing, accepting, or
using a Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions on behalf of yourself who purchase, accept,
or use a Gift Card under your account.

• Gift Card may only be redeemed till valid date across our clinics.
• Gift Card cannot be transferred or resold to another person.
• We are not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed.
• By using a Gift Card you agree to comply with these terms and conditions, and not to use a Gift Card in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair, or otherwise harmful to Therefore l'm, its affiliates, or its customers. We reserve the right, without notice to you, to void Gift Card.
• The Gift Card will be valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.
• If your purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, balance must be paid by cash, debit or credit card.
• Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new voucher or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.
• The voucher has to be redeemed at one visit and cannot be used multiple times. Only one voucher can be used per booking. Kindly ensure to mention the voucher details while booking your appointment at the clinic.
